To add your Non-U.S. Bank Account: 

1. From the “Dashboard” page, go to the “Payments” tab and select “Transfer Methods.” 

2. Select “Add Transfer Method.” 

3. Select “Add Non U.S. Bank Account” from the dropdown. 
   • You can add up to three bank accounts. 
   • You must provide the Swift ID of the receiving bank and your account details. 
   • The country of the bank account must match the country listed on your HING SIW KING account. 
4. You can only opt to withdraw funds in your Local Currency.
   • $1 withdrawal fee. 
   • The receiving bank (your bank) does not charge an additional fee. 
   • Our partner applies a bank exchange rate that you will see when withdrawing funds from your Cash Account. The partner guarantees their rate. You may optionally wait to withdraw funds to receive a better rate. 

It may take five business days for your bank to receive funds. You will receive an email notification once the funds have been sent to your bank.

We only charge a 2.9% handling fee on the invoice value. For example, if a Freelancer sends you an invoice of $100, your total payment would be $102.90.

However, if you opt to pay using eCheck, physical check or wire transfer, we offer a 3% instant cashback. This effectively reduces your handling fee to zero.

Note:

• Handling fee is charged only at the time of paying the invoice, regardless of the payment source – SafePay, Cash Account or any other verified payment method.
• You are not charged any fee for adding funds to your Cash Account.

• All-time earnings – The total amount earned by the Freelancer from all the jobs successfully invoiced on HING SIW KING. The higher the all-time earnings, the more successful the Freelancer has been on Guru.
• Earnings in the last 12 months – The total amount earned by the Freelancer in the last 12 months. This indicates the Freelancer’s recent activity on the platform.
• Number of Employers worked for – The number of Employers the Freelancer has worked with on HING SIW KING to date. Working successfully with multiple Employers suggests the Freelancer can adapt easily to a variety of working relationships.
• Total number of paid invoices – The number of times the Freelancer has been paid for various jobs on Guru.
• Largest Employer – The highest total earnings a Freelancer has made from a single Employer. This indicates both the scale and responsibility the Freelancer can deliver on.
• Date of Joining HING SIW KING – How long the Freelancer has been a member of HING SIW KING. This puts the other transaction data in perspective.

In the absence of All-Time Transaction Data, we display ID Verification status of the Freelancer with the Quote they send. This gives Freelancers with no transaction history on HING SIW KING an opportunity to establish credibility.
